There are no refunds on rentals. We offer a one year rain check if you don't use the rental. If the rental is delivered/picked up there are no rain checks.

I want to say thank you to all my customers out there who has made my business successful, This our 10 th yr serving Baytown and surrounding areas .as a owner of a business, there is always good and sad days. this is a business and we have to set up procedures, and rules, because most birthday parties are on the weekend, we have a big responsibility to make sure your rental is ready for you. customers complain about having to return there moonwalk rental before before 9 am Sunday morning. let me explain why it is so very important .Saturday customers get to keep there rental over night Sunday customers have to return there rental the same day before 6 pm our driver and our other employees have to work during the week just like we all do and as there second job they work here all weekend, and there is no one here darning the week to recover the moonwalks and that is why they have to be brought back Sunday evening. Sunday customers have to pick up there rental at 10 am and if your late bringing it back they are here waiting on you. our rules are not to be mean but to make sure every customer gets there rental on time so they can enjoy there Childs party to. before you write a review on a company that is not in there favor try to talking to them directly. when you choose to talk to someone directly not only do you act more fairly by giving them the chance to know about your complaint and to respond to it but you may also learn new information that makes you or them see things in a different way. try always to be fair, and yes sometimes i am in the wrong. once again thank you all so very much for helping me support my family.
